Poseidon Fire Protection delivers fully engineered and code-compliant sprinkler systems across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.
Hawkins Business Park
Poseidon delivered a complete sprinkler installation for Hawkins Business Park, a new commercial development in Port Coquitlam. Our team handled the hydraulic design, piping layout, flow testing, and final commissioning, coordinating closely with the general contractor so the system kept pace with the construction schedule. The building was inspected, signed off, and turned over in 2020.
Best Western Maple Ridge
Poseidon completed fire protection work for the Best Western in Maple Ridge, a hotel that stayed in operation throughout. Work was staged around guest occupancy, with system isolations planned floor by floor so rooms could remain in service. The project was completed and certified in 2020.
Chewters Chocolate
Chewters Chocolate runs a food-production facility in Delta where fire protection has to work around production lines, packaging areas, and cold storage. Poseidon designed and installed a sprinkler system matched to the facility’s layout and hazard classification, working around production hours to avoid downtime. Completed in 2020.
Chewters Chocolate: Phase II
Phase II extended fire protection coverage at the Chewters Chocolate facility in Delta as the plant expanded. Poseidon tied the new coverage into the existing system, re-ran hydraulic calculations for the enlarged footprint, and re-commissioned the system as a whole so the entire facility remained compliant under a single certification.
Residential Projects
Poseidon delivers fire protection for residential builds across the Lower Mainland. Recent work includes a custom-built laneway home in Port Coquitlam and a mobile home in Mission, smaller footprints that still demand the same design rigour, code compliance, and certification as commercial work. Both were completed in 2022.
